Impregnating Sealers
An impregnating sealer creates a transparent barrier to protect natural stone surfaces from water, oils, and staining. Impregnating sealers work by chemically reacting with the stone. This forms a hydrophobic, invisible membrane, that inhibits water and oil molecules from penetrating the surface. Impregnating sealers do not alter a stone's natural appearance, leaving treated surfaces with a natural finish. Impregnating sealers excel on surfaces that are wet frequently, areas that are exposed to oils, and on very dense or polished surfaces.
MAGIC: Water Repellant & Protector
MAGIC is a deep penetrating, siloxane water repellant which produces a transparent protective barrier across the surface of a stone. MAGIC fills the pores and capillaries of the stone, and forms an invisible, vapor permeable membrane across the surface. This coating repels moisture from the surface while allowing the stone to breathe. MAGIC has no visible film, and leaves surfaces looking natural with no change in appearance.
MAGIC inhibits mold, mildew, and efflorescence, as well as damage caused by the constant absorption and evaporation of water from the stone. MAGIC penetrates immediately, deeply, and effectively, providing a long-lasting protective barrier.
For use on Brick, Brick Pavers, Unglazed Ceramic Tile, Clay Tiles, European Clay Pavers, Concrete, Grout Joints, Saltillo Tiles, Travertine, Marble, Granite, or any stone surface when a natural look is desired. MAGIC serves as an excellent grout release. For interior or exterior use.

PLUS Impregnator: Oil and Water Repellant & Protector
PLUS is a heavy-duty impregnating sealer which produces a transparent, water and oil repellant barrier. PLUS chemically reacts with the stone’s surface, forming a durable, long lasting, protective membrane throughout the stone and across its surface.
PLUS is extremely effective in areas frequently exposed to water and oils, like kitchens, bathrooms, driveways, pools, and outdoor grill areas. PLUS will inhibit staining from food, drinks, wine, coffee, and other common spills, and make maintenance easier.
PLUS is non film forming, and leaves surfaces with a natural appearance.

Sealer 329: Natural Finish, Penetrating Sealer
Sealer 329 is a heavy-duty, water-based, impregnating sealer. It produces a transparent, durable barrier which protects from water, oils, and stains. Sealer 329 works by chemically reacting with the stone. It forms a protective membrane across the surface and blocks the pores and capillaries of the stone. Sealer 329 will block water and oil molecules from penetrating the surface but will allow water vapor to breathe out of the stone. Sealer 329 is a water based, environmentally friendly formulation with a low VOC composition. Surfaces treated with Sealer 329 retain their natural appearance with no visible film. For interior or exterior use.
