Magic is a premium, solvent-based impregnating sealer engineered to provide deep, long-lasting protection for natural stone, pavers, tile, and grout. Once applied, Magic forms a breathable, repellent membrane that resists both water and oil intrusion, helping surfaces stay cleaner and less prone to staining. MAGIC has no visible film, and leaves surfaces looking natural with no change in appearance.
Magic penetrates immediately, deeply, and effectively, providing a long-lasting protective barrier. Magic inhibits algae, mildew, and efflorescence while protecting from water damage and corrosion. Surfaces treated with Magic will retain a natural appearance with no shine or gloss. For interior and exterior use.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Always be sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dirt, grease, oil, wax, or other contaminants. Read the entire label before using. Use only as directed. Always test on a small piece of material or a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability. Ensure the area is well ventilated. Ideal surface temperature should be between 60°F and 80°F. Product works best when it is the first substance applied to the surface, insuring proper penetration.
COVERAGE:
For very porous surfaces: 200-300 sq. ft./gallon
For average density surfaces: 300-500 sq. ft./gallon
For very dense surfaces: 500+ sq. ft./gallon.
APPLICATION:
MAGIC can be applied using a roller, brush, flat mop, low pressure sprayer, or other suitable applicator. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or wax before application. Apply the sealer evenly and uniformly, wetting the entire surface. Allow to dry for at least 30 minutes, then apply a second coat. Any excess sealer not absorbed after 30 minutes can be spread across the surface and allowed to dry, or wiped up with a dry mop or clean cloth. Product fully cures in 24–48 hours. When used prior to Grouting, MAGIC acts as a grout release, helping simplify grout cleanup. Shake well before use.
WARNING: DO NOT APPLY WITH PAINT SPRAYERS OR ANY HIGH-PRESSURE EQUIPMENT. THESE METHODS CAN AEROSOLIZE THE PRODUCT, CREATING SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARDS. NEVER AEROSOLIZE. ALWAYS ENSURE ADEQUATE VENTILATION DURING USE.

STORAGE AND HANDLING
CAUTION: Highly flammable & combustible liquid and vapor. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Handling: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not breathe vapors or mists. Keep container closed and tightly sealed when not in use. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take measures to prevent the buildup of electrostatic charge. Conditions for safe storage: Keep in tightly closed, properly labeled containers. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place. Materials to avoid: Do not store with the following product types: Strong oxidizing agents, Explosives, Gases.
