TOP KOTE is a self-polishing floor finish designed to give tile floors a durable high gloss finish. TOP KOTE dries to a crystal clear, scuff and heel mark resistant, protective coating.
TOP KOTE will prolong the life of a sealed tile floor, acting as a sacrificial protective layer for the tile. The floor finish can be reapplied as needed to refresh the appearance of the floor and can easily be removed with MOP OFF.
