At Catalina Chemical, we stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for defective products.

If you believe a product is defective, please follow the process below:

1. Email support@catalinachemical.com with a description of how the product is defective.

2. Include any supporting documentation, such as photos or videos, that help illustrate the issue.

3. A Catalina Chemical representative will review your claim and respond within 24 hours with next steps.

If the product is determined to be defective, we will provide instructions for return and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Catalina Chemical does not accept returns for products that are not defective.
